This is a hard ghosting session for 2 people. It should take about 50 minutes total to complete.

In between the sets of ghosting there is a game played from 8-8 PAR to 11, so this tests your physical and mental capabilities in game play whilst fatigued.

1          Ghosting 45 secs on ( about 80%)

            45 secs rest.

 

            Repeat 5 times.

           

2          Game starting from 8-8 (PAR).

            45 seconds rest.

 

3          Rest 2 minutes.

 

Repeat 4 times.

 

Points to work on:

  • Control your core whilst ghosting.
  • Practise using different footwork patterns into the corners.
  • Visualise match situations to make a "story" of your ghosting patterns.
