Hi, my name is Tim Garner and today I am going to demonstrate one of my favourite shots, the topspin drop! It is not used very much in squash as squash is renowned for being a sport where you play the ball with slice. However I found it very effective over the years as it is something your opponent hasn't seen before.

You play it very much like you would play a topspin in tennis, where you swing from low through to high. Your opponent believes the ball is being driven because he sees the follow through of the racket, but actually because of the racket face on the ball the ball dips short hopefully sending your opponent the wrong way!
