  • This session works both players.
  • It should last around 45 minutes allowing for short rest periods.
  • You can make it competitive if you wish, by scoring each different set.

 

1.            2.5 mins each boast - drive.

 

2.            Player A (back) can hit boast or drive. Player B to drive. 2.5 mins each

 

3.             Player A (back) can hit boast or drive. Player B can hit straight or cross court. 2.5 mins each.

 

4.            Player A (back) can hit boast or drive or straight drop. Player B can hit straight or cross court. 2.5 mins each.

 

5.            Player A (back) can hit boast or drive. Player B can hit straight or cross court, or x drop. 2.5 mins each.

 

6.            Player A to feed from back f/h to anywhere. Player B to hit ball back to back f/h. 12 rallies each. Target to reach 6 mins.

 

7.            7. Player A to feed from back b/h to anywhere. Player B to hit ball back to back f/h. 12 rallies each. Target to reach 6 mins.

 

 

Points to work on:

 

  • Working back to the T after every shot
  • Holding/disguising all your shots
  • Tall, relaxed position on the T
  • Controlled smooth movement, and focus on a precise length
