Channel games challenge your ability to keep the ball straight and tight to the sidewall.

They are played down either the FH or the BH side of the court, and are usually played within the width of the service box, though you can set your own channel width to make it easier or harder, from half the court to a rackets width.

This type of game has many variations but in its simplest form is unconditioned with all shots simply having to bounce within the channel anywhere along the length of the court.

You can score the game when you are ready to add a competitive element to the game. If you hit the ball out of the channel then you lose the rally.
