Here is another little tip for you to help you get those really tight balls out of the back corner.
Our standard grip is usually something like this. We are going to hold the racket towards the bottom of our grip. This means that for the ones that are really close to the back wall we have actually got quite a big distance here. If we come up the grip it actually enables us to squeeze our racket into a smaller space.
So here is one of those really tight shots I was talking about. With my conventional grip here, I haven't really got room to swing but if I just 'choke up the grip' here (I might end up holding part of the shaft) I can actually squeeze my racket into a small space.
It is going to be tricky, you are going to need fast hands to change the grip, but it might just keep me in that all important rally!
