The next part of my warm up after the fast feet exercises is to work on my explosive speed from the T. To do that I work on my split step. This is an explosive movement where I jab my foot into the floor which allows me to push off in the opposite direction. I like to do this in every direction as squash is very unpredictable and multi-directional.
The final progression of my speed warm up isto move this into a full ghost. I am doing exactly the same as the last exercise but I'm finishing it with a ghost at the end of the movement.
