This is a great agility exercise to use in your warm up or as part of a full agility session. Use a series of chasse steps to weave in a figure 8 pattern around the two cones whilst continuing to face the front wall. A set distance between the cones is not essential, but the closer the cones, the more agile you will need to be. You can put in occasional pauses and changes of direction which will make it more squash specific.

There are two routes to a figure 8: passing behind the cones before turning and also passing in front of the cones before turning.
