If you want to practice getting the ball out of the back corner, then an excellent way of learning do this is to hand feed yourself.
Here are some important points to remember:
• Throw the ball high to give yourself time to react
• Give yourself plenty of room to the side of the ball
• Face the back corner to allow you some back swing
• Swing low to come up underneath the ball.
As you improve you can throw the feed lower giving yourself less time to work the shot out. Another progression is to throw the ball onto the back wall/side wall which will test your positioning relative to the ball. When you feel confident progress to hitting some continuos drives off the back wall.
