Goals and Guidelines
- To introduce drives, the most important shot.
- Feeding should be gentle, and can be done by hand or racket feed.
- The session should progress in intensity, with gradually more pressure applied to the players.
- Make sure players are aware of safety, especially if you are working four on a court.

Description
- Player A to feed a short straight feed from behind the forehand service box for player B to straight volley. Reverse roles.
- Repeat exercise on the backhand side.
- 2 feeders as above with 2 separate balls feed for 1 volleyer who volleys alternately forehand and backhand. The fourth player is the clock who runs 25 court widths at the back, and then shouts "Stop!"
- Conditioned game:
Normal squash with a bonus point for a winning straight volley, bouncing beyond the back of the service box and inside the width of the service box. (Note: This game has only 2 players on court at any one time.)
