In squash, fast quality movement across the court in very important, especially if you are trying to take the ball early! This cone exercise focuses on this, emphasising quick feet, good balance and strong changes of direction. Use short bursts of 10 to 15 seconds with a 30 rest before going again. When you begin to tire, probably after 6 to 10 reps, move on to new exercise.
