This is a fantastic warm up or speed and agility game.

Serve and rally just like squash, by throwing to the front wall for your opponent  to catch before or after 1 bounce. Continue the rally with your opponent  throwing onto the front wall. A point is won when your opponent can’t catch your throw before the second bounce or the ball goes out. The unpredictable nature of the bounce of the reaction ball gets your senses, reactions and muscles going quickly. You can score it as squash, Point-a-rally to 11.

You’ll find normal squash tactics useful (putting the ball in the corners, and you near the middle) and I’m sure you’ll work out some other useful strategies.

The simple rules are as follows.

You must throw onto the front wall first, above the service line.

You must throw from where you catch the ball.

As you get better, you can make it harder by catching with 1 hand only, and then by catching with non-playing hand only.
