Reading An Overhit Shot Off The Backwall

What you find sometimes when someone overhits the ball is that you follow the ball into the backwall, the ball hits the backwall and then shoots forward unexpectedly! You end up chasing the ball forward and not being balanced when you play the shot. For example this might look familier to some of you beginners.

So the idea is to read the ball...know that is going to hit the backwall and judge the distance away from the backwall. As the ball comes (off the backwall)...the ball comes to you rather than you chase it in and chase it out!
