This is a fun target game for two players to develop their control and accuracy to hit the ball into a specific area of the court.

The scoring system is simple: every time you hit the ball to land into your opponent's service box you get a point and this includes the 'serve'. You cannot defend your area by volleying the ball! If you miss you get nothing. I like to play sets to eleven points but you can decide the winning line. At ten all it is two clear points to win just like PAR scoring.

At beginner/improver level it is important to keep moving your feet to address the ball correctly as this will give you greater consistency of shot. Change sides after each set.

Better players will have the pressure of knowing that one miss and they may not get a chance to catch up. They should try to force an error from their opponent by varying the pace, angle and trajectory of their shots.

Why not use the game as your rest period between sets of court sprints and see if you can maintain your accuracy under physical duress! The loser could do extra court lengths next time! What about sprinting your opponent's finishing score? If you win 11-2 then you'll only have to sprint two court lengths to your opponent's eleven!.
