You begin the rally with a serve. When you start serving you can choose to serve from either the left or right service box Your serve needs to hit the front wall first, above the service line, beneath the out of court line.
It then needs to bounce in the opposite back corner. Your opponent may choose to hit the ball before the bounce so be ready for the return Remember all lines are OUT in squash, so the ball must not hit any lines You have to have one foot in contact with the floor inside the service box without touching a line.
The other can be wherever you want. If you win a rally whilst serving then you must serve next from the other side If you lose the rally then the opponent serves and has the choice of left or right box.
