Great for racket head and ball control, this drill isn't as easy as it looks.

Hit the ball from one side wall to the other, firstly with a bounce, and then on the volley. Focus on getting under the ball to give you some height and time, and don't forget to bend your knees.

When proficient, you can walk your shots up and down the court and inject a little more pace.
