You know by now, that we want to be on the T, but let’s look at that in more detail.
When you are on the T, it’s important to stay tall and relaxed with a slight flex at the knee.
You should in a good balanced position with weight slightly onto the balls of your feet. This is a great position to split-step from and move to cover every corner.
You also need to be watching the ball and your opponent, so you know here the ball will be going next as soon a possible.
Finally the racket needs to be held comfortably in front of you, so that it can be taken to either side quickly.
