Set a stopwatch to 60 seconds and see how many drives you can hit into the target area within that time.
This will tempt you to hit the ball with more pace and save time. However you still have to be accurate with your shots so beware of using your full pace.
Adjust the width of your target according to your ability and the challenge you wish to set yourself. Here Chris has set the ‘lines’ to four boards width.
Try to play full-length drives to keep the ball going but if you play a dying length you may choose to take the ball after the second bounce.
