1. Video licence

Members have unlimited access to our unique library of videos, this library is always being added to with videos added every month. In order to play these videos you will need to login first. Then select the video you want to play from the content section. Please be patient while the video loads (around 5 seconds) depending on the speed of your Internet connection.

All our member videos are encrypted so you will be asked to enter your username and password, when viewing the videos for the first time. Once your username and password are verified you will be able to play the video.
All our videos have the following licence rules:

* Videos cannot be shared with other members/non-members.

* You can view the videos as often as you want for one month, after this period the licence will expire and you will have to enter your username and password again to view videos. If you change your IP address or delete cookies then you may have to re-enter your username and password.

* In order to view the videos you must have at least Flash Player 9.0 installed (click here for more info)

3. Problems with videos & audio

If you are having trouble viewing our video and audio content, please follow the advice below.

The video pauses intermittently
This is generally caused during periods of very high traffic on the Internet or local area network. These periods may only last for a short time - try accessing the files again later on.

The picture may occasionally stick when your computer is 'working hard', for example, downloading email, running a virus scan or carrying out an action that is processor intensive.

I cannot see any video at all!
In order to watch our content you must have the Adobe Flash Player 9.0 (available for free here) installed in your computer.

If you have Flash Player installed an you so not see the video, but you can see the rest of the page you may need to uninstall your flash player following the guide here, and then install it again by clicking here. It often helps to restart your computer after you have re-installed Flash.

The video says connecting and then does nothing
This is very often due to your Internet connection and can usually be solved by trying to play the video another time, you may also try the following:

On IE7 there is a tools tab. On this drop down menu there is SUNJAVA console, please can you click this as this can often allow the videos to play.

There is no sound
If the content plays but you can hear no sound, first check the volume controls on the player:

The loudspeaker button on the image (above) mutes all sound. The slider on the right controls the volume. If you still can't hear any sound after using these, check the sound options on your computer, and finally that your speakers or headphones are correctly installed and turned on.

I still can't see any video at all!
If you have followed the previous steps and you have successfully installed Adobe Flash Player and you are still having problems, please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve your problem. Please mention which film you were trying to watch and details of your operating system and browser software (usually available via the Help > About menu item in your browser).
