1. Why do I need to validate my account?

Email validation is a security feature to ensure the email address you have registered belongs to you.

Your validation email is sent when you first join the site, you simply have to click on the link provided in the email.

2. How do I validate my account?

When you joined the site you were sent a welcome email that explains how to validate your account, in this email there is a link that you must click to validate your account. Sometimes this email does not arrive due to spam filters, so please check your spam settings.

If you did not receive this email then please visit this page, enter your username in the box and then click resend email. This will resend the validation email.

3. I keep requesting the validation email but it never arrives

Your validation email is sent to the email address you registered with, if you entered your email address incorrectly then you can change it by submitting a ticket.

Also please check your spam filter to see if the email has been wrongly captured as spam.

4. Where is the validation email sent?

The activation code is sent to the email address you entered when registering, if this was an incorrect email address you can change it by submitting a ticket.
