Any person or entity ("user or subscriber") accessing the Total Squash web site (the "site" or "service") or any of the information contained herein agrees to and is bound by the following terms and conditions of this Total Squash web site terms of use ("agreement"):
This Agreement is a legal agreement between the User and Inchima Limited (known as 'Total Squash' for the purposes of this agreement) for the Services you subscribe to. These Services include the website infrastructure, data storage mechanisms, databases and related designs, content, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Customer Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Customer Agreement, you are not authorised to use the Total Squash Services.
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Use will be effective only if in writing and signed by Inchima Limited.
Total Squash cannot accept reasonability for any injury sustained while following or as a result of any of the advice offered on this site.
Some or all of the following fees and charges may be incurred by the Subscriber:
a. Subscription Fees. The Subscriber is responsible for paying periodic subscription fees according to the then-current billing terms. Subscription fees are non-refundable; and
b. Full payments for all goods and services ordered at, through and/or from Company and its licensees.
Subscriptions may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. Subscriber must promptly inform Company of the following: changes in the expiration date of any credit card used in connection with the Service; changes in home or billing address; and apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorised disclosure or use of an ID or password. Until Company is notified, by electronic mail at support@totalsquash.com, of a breach in security, the Subscriber will remain liable for any unauthorised use of the Service.
Upon request, Subscribers will be given access to billing records that support charges for use of the Service.
Payment for the services provided to you at and/or through this site may be made by automatic credit card or debit card debit and you hereby authorise Company and its agents to transact such payments on your behalf.
You agree to be personally liable for all charges incurred by you during or through the use of this site. Your liability for such charges shall continue after termination of your membership for any reason.
All 'paid for' materials included at this site are for the private use by Subscribers only. No other uses are intended by the Company and any other use is strictly prohibited.
After an initial payment for joining the Service is taken after month one (first month trial period is free of charge), thereafter you will be billed £2.99/£3.99 (depending on BADMINTON England membership) every 1 month(s) until cancelled. Free memberships will renew automatically monthly unless cancelled prior to end of a month. Trials are limited to one per person, when joining a second time payment will be taken immediately.
If paying by cheque, only annual subscriptions are accepted, there is no trial period, you will not be able to access the site until your cheque has cleared, no refund can be issued.
Subscription to this site may be terminated at any time. You must cancel your membership by following the steps on this page, you must cancel your membership at least 2 day's prior to the ending of your next payment, so that you are not automatic rebilling.
You agree to pay all applicable charges under this Agreement, including any applicable taxes or charges imposed by any government entity, and that Total Squash may change its minimum pricing at any time. User must supply Total Squash with correct credit card information, and any changes in credit card validity or expiration date must be updated. Total Squash will automatically renew and charge User's account every month for subscriptions. The renewal charge will be equal to the original subscription price, unless Total Squash notifies User otherwise in advance. If the credit card cannot be processed for any reason, Total Squash reserves the right to cancel the Service.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Service's registration process. User agrees that Total Squash may block its IP address or addresses at any time, and at Total Squash's sole discretion, thereby disallowing User's continued use of Total Squash's web site.
Total Squash makes no claims or representations about any Web Site not under Total Squash's control that a User may access from Total Squash's web site - by link, frame, or any other means ("Linked Site"). Any link, frame, or any other means to access any Linked Site provided by Total Squash or otherwise on Total Squash's web site does not constitute Total Squash's endorsement, recommendation, or acceptance of any responsibility for the content of that Linked Site or the operators of that Linked Site.

Due to our referral program with it's commissions, the digital nature of the products, the ease of their untraceable transport, and since the New Member Signup Form has also been completed and agreed to prior to making the membership payment with it's reference to and acceptance of Site Principles; Total Squash has a 'no refund policy', but in exceptional circumstances, refunds are given at the discretion of the management.

If User in any way Interferes with Total Squash's web site, User agrees to pay all damages incurred by Total Squash, including any consequential damages, and agrees that the measure of hard to determine damages will be the highest estimate of damages as provided by Total Squash. User's Interference with Total Squash's web site relieves Total Squash of any of its contractual or other legal obligations to User, including Total Squash's obligations under its Privacy Policy.
